孩子该如何消除小升初面试中的紧张情绪呢?
1.一定要对自己充满自信。
其实面试就是一个与考官面对面交流的过程，通过这种交流让考官在十分钟甚至是五分钟之内了解到孩子的优点。
很多孩子之所以会胆怯紧张，很大程度上都是因为缺乏自信，尤其是一些性格比较内向，自尊心又很强的孩子，他们往往认为自己不如别人。
实际上，并不是自己不行，而是自卑心理在作祟。
如果自己都觉得自己不优秀，没有人会觉得你优秀。
因此，要克服紧张情绪，必须要战胜自卑感，增强自信心，相信自己是最棒的，相信自己一定能够成功。
2.一定要在平时加强训练，找机会多参加一些类似的活动。
造成紧张的另外一个原因就是缺乏这方面的训练。
如果一个孩子经常参加一些类似于演讲比赛或者是演出之类的活动，那么他在面对考官的时候心理上就会比一次这样的活动都没有参加过的孩子放松的多。
据说美国历届总统在发表国情咨文的记者招待会之前，都要进行预演，把他们的新闻助理、政策顾问找来，让他们向总统提出各种问题，总统试着回答，再由顾问们进行补充和校正。

3.在面试的前两天还有一些需要注意的地方。

4.考生在面试中一定要善于表现自己，发挥自己的优势。

因此，从进考场的那一刻开始，考生就要随时准备向考官展示自己的各个方面。

第一种办法就是深呼吸。
尝试着在等候的时间，闭起眼睛，连续做几次深呼吸，最好是腹式呼吸，试一试，能否在一分钟内只完成一次深呼吸。
深呼吸有助于放缓快速的心跳，从而消除各类颤抖。
第二种办法是拌怪脸法。
通过拌怪脸，歪嘴扭唇，抬鼻斜眼，放松面部肌肉。

第三种办法就是临场活动法。
